1. Professional business use
Elisteka resources are supplied for legitimate professional network services under an agreed service order. Customers must comply with applicable law, the agreed technical scope and the Service Terms. This policy applies to the customer and to traffic and activity it enables for users or downstream customers.
2. Prohibited activity
Do not use the resource to conduct, facilitate or knowingly support:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or infrastructure used to evade anti-spam controls.
- Phishing, fraud, malware distribution or command-and-control infrastructure.
- Credential theft, credential attacks, unauthorised access or attempts to compromise systems.
- Botnet activity, denial-of-service attacks or other network attacks.
- Abusive proxy networks or proxy services used to conceal or facilitate unlawful or abusive activity.
- Abusive account automation, abusive scraping or evasion of access and platform safeguards.
- Other unlawful activity or activity creating material abuse or reputation risk for the resource.
Legitimate network administration and authorised security work must stay within the customer's agreed intended use and the permissions of affected systems.
3. Customer abuse handling
Maintain a monitored abuse contact, investigate reports promptly, preserve relevant evidence lawfully and take reasonable action to stop harmful activity. Customers remain responsible for their users and downstream services. Notify Elisteka of material incidents or changes in the intended use; do not move abusive activity between prefixes to evade action.
4. Reports and protective action
Report suspected abuse to abuse@elisteka.com. Include the affected IP address or prefix, UTC timestamps, a concise description and relevant non-sensitive evidence. Do not send passwords, credentials or unrelated personal data.
Elisteka reviews reports and may request clarification or remediation. Material abuse or unresolved material risk may result in restriction, suspension or termination under the service agreement. Urgent action may be taken where necessary to contain harm. A report alone is not a finding that the customer has breached this policy.
5. Questions
If you are unsure whether a proposed use is acceptable, explain it before committing to service: sales@elisteka.com. Approval of an application does not excuse later abusive or unlawful activity.
