No completed sale, no seller success fee. There is no seller upfront fee.
Buyer commission: €0. Buyer upfront fee: €0. Elisteka adds no hidden spread and no escrow markup.
Fees exclude VAT. VAT is applied where legally required. The buyer separately pays the actual third-party escrow cost; that cost is not Elisteka revenue.
Estimated seller proceeds equal asset value minus the applicable seller success fee. VAT and third-party escrow are handled separately.
For manual multi-prefix transactions, prefixes are aggregated only when transferred to one buyer in one closing. Separate closings are priced separately. Non-standard or materially complex transactions are quoted separately.
Before you submit: read the IPv4 seller and broker checklist.
Elisteka reviews the submitted details privately. Nothing is published automatically. A display preference is not permission to publish; marketing requires a separate commercial mandate.
No completed sale means no seller success fee. The applicable fee and brokerage mandate are confirmed before marketing begins.
Submitting is a request for review and does not itself create a brokerage mandate or binding sale. Any exclusivity must be addressed in a separate agreement.
