1. Business seller service
These terms are provided by Elisteka UAB, company code 304915849, VAT number LT100011874018, with its registered office at Žuvėdrų g. 22, LT-87106 Telšiai, Lithuania. Contact: sales@elisteka.com.
This seller-intake service is for businesses that control IPv4 resources and their authorised representatives. By submitting, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes and are authorised to provide the information and request a review concerning the resource.
2. Accurate and genuine submissions
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, keep Elisteka informed of material changes, and submit only a resource genuinely available for potential sale. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, confidential third-party or malicious content.
3. Manual review only
Submitting the form is only a request for manual review. It does not create a brokerage mandate, agency, public listing, binding offer, binding sale, obligation for Elisteka to market the resource, or obligation for the seller to accept an offer.
Nothing is listed or marketed automatically. Elisteka may request evidence or clarification, reject a submission, or stop reviewing it at any time. A public-display preference is only a preference for possible later use.
4. Indicative valuation and technical review
Any valuation is indicative only and is not a binding appraisal, offer, guaranteed sale price or guarantee of a completed transfer. Public registry, routing and other technical information may be reviewed later by a person, but point-in-time checks do not prove ownership, transfer eligibility or future reputation.
5. Current standard seller fees
The current standard schedule is based on the number of IPv4 addresses transferred to one buyer in one completed closing:

Submitting the intake form does not itself create a fee obligation, and there is no seller upfront fee. Before Elisteka begins brokerage or marketing, the applicable fee and commercial mandate will be confirmed separately in writing. Under the current standard model, no completed sale means no seller success fee.
Buyer commission is €0 and there is no buyer upfront fee or hidden spread. A buyer pays the actual third-party escrow cost separately, and Elisteka adds no escrow markup. Fees exclude VAT; VAT is applied where legally required.

6. Transfers and third-party services
Any future transaction, escrow arrangement and resource transfer will require separate documentation. RIPE NCC or another applicable registry, escrow providers and other third parties operate under their own rules and make their own decisions. Intake acceptance does not guarantee their approval or service.
7. Communications and information handling
Elisteka may contact the business representative about the submission using the details provided. Do not upload or send sensitive corporate documents through the public form; Elisteka may request appropriate evidence separately during manual review.
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
The current version and effective date appear above. If these terms or the standard pricing version change, a new submission must accept the current versions. A later brokerage mandate or transaction agreement will govern any actual marketing or sale and may contain additional commercial and legal terms.
