1. Provider and business scope
These terms describe the B2B resource-leasing service offered by Elisteka UAB, company code 304915849, VAT LT100011874018, Žuvėdrų g. 22, LT-87106 Telšiai, Lithuania. Contact sales@elisteka.com. Applications must be made by an authorised representative for professional business network use.
2. Application and qualification
A submission is an application for review. It is not automatic acceptance, a reservation, a contract to supply a particular prefix or permission to announce it. We may verify business details, intended use, ASN relationships and technical requirements and request proportionate evidence separately. Do not submit sensitive identity documents or credentials through the public form.
Service is subject to qualification, resource availability, technical feasibility and continued compliance. Activation occurs only after commercial and technical approval, the agreed contract and payment steps, manual provisioning and verification.
3. Right to use the resource
The service leases an IPv6 prefix or provides an agreed right to use it for the service term. The customer does not acquire ownership of the number resource. The permitted prefix, origin ASN, routing arrangement and any downstream use must match the individual service order and applicable registry requirements. No right to transfer the resource or act for Elisteka before the registry is granted by these website terms.
4. Service order and payment
Prefix, technical scope, billing term, applicable taxes, payment due dates, provisioning arrangements, renewal and cancellation details are confirmed in the individual service order, contract or invoice. The website does not collect payment or provide automated checkout. A separately agreed service order governs its specific commercial and technical details.
5. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information, promptly report material changes, maintain current operational and abuse contacts, cooperate with technical verification and use only the agreed routing configuration. The customer remains responsible for its traffic, users, downstream activities and timely investigation and handling of abuse reports.
The Acceptable Use Policy applies throughout the service. A customer must not treat an LOA or registry record as authorisation for unagreed uses.
6. Third-party dependencies
Elisteka coordinates the agreed registry, ROA, route6, rDNS and authorisation work. Routing acceptance and propagation depend on upstreams and unrelated third-party networks. Global propagation, third-party geolocation database outcomes, reputation assessments and decisions of other networks are not guaranteed. Any specific service commitments must be agreed separately.
7. Suspension and termination
Elisteka may suspend or terminate service for material abuse, non-payment, materially false application information or a material breach of the agreed service conditions. We will assess the circumstances and communicate with the customer where reasonably practicable; urgent protective action may be necessary to contain harm or comply with an applicable requirement.
On termination or withdrawal of authorisation, the customer must stop the affected announcements and use as instructed and cooperate with removal of the service's routing and registry arrangements. Outstanding payment, refund and notice arrangements are governed by the individual agreement and applicable law.
8. Separate IPv4 seller intake and privacy
These resource-leasing terms do not replace the IPv4 Seller Intake Terms or create a brokerage mandate. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Questions about an application or service should be sent to sales@elisteka.com.
