RIPE Database objects
Create and update the objects a small member has to keep current: organisation, maintainer, inetnum or inet6num, aut-num, and the related contact attributes.
RIPE LIR management
Elisteka runs day-to-day RIPE LIR administration: RIPE database management, ROA and RPKI, route and route6, reverse DNS, letters of authorization, member-portal tasks, transfer paperwork and abuse-contact handling. You stay the RIPE NCC member.

What the monthly work covers
This is operational help for a member’s own resources. It does not make Elisteka the member, and it does not move a sponsored End User resource onto a member account.
Create and update the objects a small member has to keep current: organisation, maintainer, inetnum or inet6num, aut-num, and the related contact attributes.
Create and change route origin authorizations for prefixes the member originates, and retire a ROA that no longer matches the routing.
Maintain route and route6 objects so the IRR record matches what the member intends to announce.
Delegate and update reverse DNS for the member’s IPv4 and IPv6.
Prepare a letter of authorization when an upstream or peer asks for one.
Ordinary RIPE NCC member-portal tasks that do not transfer the membership itself.
Prepare the paperwork for a resource transfer. The RIPE NCC still decides whether to approve it.
Keep the published abuse contact usable and pass reports to the member. Reports about Elisteka’s own leased space still use the abuse desk.
Price
€89 per month, excluding VAT
€690 per year, excluding VAT
Prices exclude VAT. The RIPE NCC membership fee is paid by the member and is not included.
Customers who sponsor an ASN or PI with Elisteka already have ROA, route objects, reverse DNS and LOA included. Use sponsoring LIR for that. Request early access to BGP and RPKI monitoring; the planned free service for sponsored and leasing customers is not live. IPv4 leases are on the IPv4 inventory, and IPv6 leases are on the IPv6 page.
FAQ
Managed LIR is day-to-day RIPE LIR management for an organisation that is already a RIPE NCC member, or is becoming one. Elisteka does the registry work. You remain the member and you pay the RIPE NCC membership fee yourself.
No. €89 per month or €690 per year excludes VAT and excludes the RIPE NCC membership fee. That fee is billed by the RIPE NCC to the member.
No. For ASN, IPv4 PI and IPv6 PI resources Elisteka sponsors, ROA and RPKI, route and route6 objects, reverse DNS and a letter of authorization are already included in sponsorship. There is no second fee for those tasks. Managed LIR is for members who hold their own LIR account.
BGP and RPKI monitoring is not live. Sponsored customers and customers who lease IPv4 or IPv6 from Elisteka can request early access to the planned free service. A request does not activate monitoring or guarantee a launch date. Configuring a BGP session with an upstream is not part of the monthly fee.
