How we verify customers and handle abuse
Elisteka is an EU-based company. We review business and network requirements before agreeing a lease. IPv4 inventory is currently fully leased; new IPv4 requests join a waiting list.
What we review before leasing
We assess each proposed network use individually, including information and technical checks relevant to the request.
Routing records
RPKI/ROA and IRR hygiene, routing information and coordination requirements as applicable to the network setup.
Reputation checks
Available blocklist signals are reviewed where practical. A sample check does not establish that an entire prefix is clean.
Acceptable use and abuse handling
Use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including prohibitions on unlawful activity and harmful network abuse. Customers must maintain an active abuse contact and investigate reports promptly.
Elisteka reviews reported abuse promptly. Under the Service Terms, Elisteka may suspend the relevant authorisation where required by applicable RIPE policy or a material breach of the agreement, giving notice where reasonably practicable.
