Sponsorship is available for eligible existing IPv4 PI and legacy resources already held by an End User. It does not issue new IPv4 PI space and is not an IPv4 lease.

Frequently asked questions
Can I request a new IPv4 PI block?
No. This service applies to existing eligible IPv4 PI and legacy resources, not the issuance of new IPv4 PI resources.
Can I change sponsoring LIR?
A sponsoring-LIR change requires the appropriate End User agreement, resource-holder verification and RIPE NCC processing. The previous sponsorship agreement must be ended as applicable.
Does sponsorship transfer my resource to Elisteka?
No. The End User remains the registered resource holder under the applicable policy. Sponsorship and an address-space lease are different relationships.
